UNF • Online Website

The primary project was to migrate all UNF Online website content to the new content management system. In addition, I proposed and implemented a redesign and reorganization of our content and global navigation. I worked closely with the Assistant VP of Digital Learning and Innovation, the Associate Director of Online Enrollment, and the UNF Online team to make our website more uniform, concise, and navigable.


This project presented many challenges since UNF Online was one of the first departments to migrate to the new CMS and there was no official process for how to smoothly execute the transfer. I formulated a project plan/timeline for all those involved in the project and am proud to say, we were ready to launch the new website a week earlier than scheduled.
