UNF ONLINE WEBSITE
The UNF Online website initiative involved taking the lead in the seamless migration of all content to a new content management system. Beyond this, I coordinated a comprehensive redesign and reorganization of the website's content and global navigation. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as the Assistant Vice President of Digital Learning and Innovation, the Associate Director of Online Enrollment, and the UNF Online team, our collective efforts aimed at enhancing the website's uniformity, conciseness, and navigational efficiency.
Undoubtedly, this undertaking posed numerous challenges, particularly as UNF Online stood among the pioneering departments transitioning to the new CMS. With no official procedural blueprint in place, I took the initiative to formulate a meticulous project plan and timeline, ensuring a smooth execution of the transfer process. I am pleased to report that our proactive approach yielded positive results, culminating in the successful launch of the revamped website a full week ahead of the initial schedule.
